Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to paid Apishifttech programs invoiced under an enrollment agreement. The website itself does not process payments; refunds are handled against invoices issued outside this site.

2. Eligibility and timeframe

Full refunds are available if you cancel in writing at least fourteen (14) days before the cohort start date and have not accessed downloadable cohort materials. Requests made between thirteen and seven days before start may receive a partial refund of fifty percent (50%) of tuition paid, unless a different schedule is stated in your agreement.

3. Partial refunds after start

Once a cohort begins, tuition is generally non-refundable. Limited goodwill credits may be offered if Apishifttech cancels a session series or if a documented medical or equivalent emergency prevents attendance, at our discretion and prorated against unused live sessions.

4. Non-refundable items

The following are non-refundable: completed private workshops already delivered, custom scenario design fees under Desk Partnership once work has started, and third-party costs prepaid on your behalf with prior approval.

5. Refund process

Email contact@apishifttech.digital with your full name, invoice number, program name, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within two business days and issue a decision within ten business days.

6. Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days after approval. Bank processing times may add additional days beyond our transfer.

7. Cancellation by Apishifttech

If we cancel a program and cannot offer a suitable transfer date, you receive a full refund of tuition paid for that program.

8. Exceptions

Enterprise agreements may specify different refund terms; those written terms control when they conflict with this page. Statutory rights that cannot be waived remain available.
